The appearance of the cakes may differ slightly from the website photos,
due to the creative licence of the pastry chef,
but the taste and appearance still remain of the highest standard

A base of joconde* then layered coffee butter cream and chocolate ganache*, glazed with chocolate
*Joconde: A mixture of eggs, ground almonds, icing sugar and a little flour, made into sponge like sheets
Ganache: dark chocolate mixed with fresh cream

Medium $ 39 (serves approx. 8)
Large $ 49 (serves approx. 10)
X-Large $ 74 (serves approx. 15)


Cakes larger than these sizes can be made as
special orders but in the shape of a rectangle.
